Specific terms for ordering Imane Home Hub and subscribing to Imane Lite.

These terms sit alongside the wider site terms and explain the commercial structure of the current Imane offers in clearer plain language. They cover payment structure, cancellation expectations, device return obligations, and the current Imane Lite bundle attached to Imane Home Hub.

1. Imane Home Hub plan

The current Imane Home Hub offer is structured as follows:

• An initial payment of £299.
• Followed by 11 monthly subscription payments of £29.
• The plan is intended to run as a 12 month minimum commitment, unless statutory cancellation rights apply earlier or we agree otherwise in writing.
• The current offer also includes 5 Imane Lite licences free for 6 months when you commit to the Imane Home Hub payment plan and subscription term.

2. Imane Lite subscription

• Imane Lite is currently offered as a £9 per month, per device recurring subscription.
• Unless otherwise stated during checkout, Imane Lite may be cancelled at any time.
• Where a cancellation is made, access should normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the hosted checkout terms say otherwise.

3. Payment processing and hosted checkout

Orders and subscriptions may be processed through hosted checkout pages provided through HubSpot, with Stripe handling payment processing within that flow. The hosted checkout may include additional operational wording about billing, receipts, payment confirmations, subscription renewals, and payment handling.

4. Cancellation and term structure

Imane Lite: Imane Lite may be cancelled at any time, subject to the current billing cycle and any mandatory legal rights.

Imane Home Hub: Imane Home Hub is intended to operate as a 12 month contractual commitment. After that 12 month term, you may cancel and arrange return of the Imane Home Hub device to Salaam Studios Creative.

If an Imane Home Hub contract is cancelled, terminated, or otherwise brought to an end before ownership has transferred, you must return the device to Salaam Studios Creative in accordance with the return provisions below, subject always to any statutory rights you may have under UK law.

5. Device ownership

The Imane Home Hub device remains the property of Salaam Studios Creative unless and until ownership is expressly transferred in writing. Entering into the Imane Home Hub contract does not by itself transfer title in the device to you.

• The device must be kept in reasonable condition, allowing for fair wear and tear from ordinary household use.
• The device must not be sold, transferred, pledged, or treated as your own property while it remains owned by Salaam Studios Creative.
• If the contract is voided, cancelled, terminated, or otherwise ends while the device remains our property, it must be returned to us.

6. Device return process

Where a return is required, you must return the Imane Home Hub device to Salaam Studios Creative promptly and in any event within the return period we specify when confirming the cancellation or end of contract. Unless faulty, the device should be returned in reasonable condition with its essential components.

If the device is not returned when required, or is returned materially damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, Salaam Studios Creative reserves the right to recover its loss, subject to applicable law and fair contract principles.

7. Legal position and governing law

These order and subscription terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory law, including cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.
